Setting up a brand-new show

1. ⚙️ Show Settings → type a name under Add a show → Add Show. This alone doesn't affect whatever show is currently running.
2. The Editing show dropdown in that same section opens with the new show already picked — fill in its event name, tagline, Instagram, sign-up form URL + spreadsheet ID, resident host/DJ/videographer (each needs a name and a photo), and flyer. The Editing show dropdown at the top lets you build out any show's profile at any time without disturbing whichever one is currently live — nothing here goes public until you switch to it.
3. When it's that show's actual night, go to ⚙️ Show Settings and tap Switch next to it — this makes it the active show and starts its first night (same as New Night below). Only do this right before that show's own night, since it takes whatever show was previously running off the air for guests.
4. Switching logs you out, since the new show may have its own passcode. A brand-new show uses the main admin passcode until it's given its own, so log back in with the main one.

Running a night (do this every time, in order)

1. New Night — clears the lineup, special guests and guest hosts, and resets voting for whichever show is currently active. Always start here.
2. Pull Lineup — pulls new sign-ups from the show's Google Form into the Lineup/Performers list so you can review it before anyone can vote.
3. Open Voting — opens voting to guests.
4. Close Voting when the show wraps.
5. Reveal Winner — shows the winner on the results page and automatically logs them as this week's Hall of Fame winner (unless it's a tie — then use the Hall of Fame section below to log it by hand).

Lineup / Special Guests / Bartenders / Guest Hosts

Add someone with the form in each section (a photo is optional unless noted). Every name already on the list (Lineup, Special Guests, Hosts) has its own Now Performing and Remove buttons right next to it — one tap sends them straight to Now Performing, no typing needed even if you're in a rush. Use the section's standalone Remove [X] button at the bottom (next to Add) when you'd rather not have the full list loaded — it fetches names fresh only when you tap it.

Hall of Fame

Record this week's winner, crown an Entertainer of the Month/Year from eligible pools, or backfill an older title with no eligibility check. Remove from Hall of Fame pulls the whole Month + Year list so you can tap through and delete any entry, one at a time — handy for fixing a mistake or clearing it out before re-uploading.

Switching between shows

⚙️ Show Settings lists every show and tags whichever one is currently on the air. Tapping Switch on another one starts a fresh night for it (same reset as New Night), so only do it right before that show's own night — not mid-set on the show that's currently running. Remove This Show at the bottom of the section permanently deletes a show with all its history, theme and photos (type its name to confirm); the show on the air can't be removed.

Everything else

🎁 Prize / Branding sets the cash prize and switches between Entertainer of the Week/Month/Year. 🖼️ Gallery Moderation reviews and clears uploaded photos/videos. 💰 Credits and 👀 Now Performing handle crediting/debiting guests and the Now Performing banner; Night Control's leaderboard checkbox toggles public visibility. Night Control's Start Next Round begins a fresh round within the same night — same lineup and credits, but the leaderboard resets and only that round's votes count. 🗳️ Adjust Votes gives a performer bonus or penalty points directly, separate from real guest votes but counted the same everywhere. 🧍 Who's Here pulls tonight's checked-in list on demand — tap a name there for quick actions (grant credits, deregister, add to lineup/guests/hosts) instead of typing a name elsewhere on the page. 🔍 Vote Audit pulls every voter tonight with their coin claims and per-performer vote breakdown, flagging anyone who dumped every vote on a single performer — use it to spot and manually cull suspicious voting. For competition shows (Show Settings → Competition mode), the cast persists across New Night instead of being wiped, and two extra sections appear: 🎤 Judges Scores lets you enter each contestant's score and ranks the week's votes and scores separately (scale-proof) to surface the bottom two, with a Drop from Judging button once you've decided who's saved; 🏆 Season Standings shows cumulative crowd votes across the whole season for Fan Favorite, including eliminated contestants. Every name in the Lineup, Special Guests and Hosts lists — plus the current DJ and videographer — has an Edit button to fix a name, Instagram, Venmo or photo in place (renaming a performer carries their votes over). In competition mode each performer also gets an Eliminate/Reinstate button: eliminated contestants stay on the lineup and can still get crowd votes, but guests see their photo in black & white with an Eliminated badge. Setting a theme in Show Settings re-skins every page — guest-facing and the TV — not just admin.

TV screen messages

Two independent messages. 📺 TV Screen Message shows under the QR code at all times, no matter who's performing — set it once and it persists across nights until you clear it (each show keeps its own). Separately, 👀 Now Performing has its own message that appears in the Now Performing card itself (under their name/social/tip block) only while they're up. 🌟 Special Guests can have this saved right on their profile when you add them, so it shows automatically every time they're Now Performing — no retyping. Editing the message live in Now Performing is a one-time override by default (it's wiped as soon as Now Performing changes again); you'll be asked whether to also save it back to their profile for next time. The TV always says whether voting is live or closed while someone's performing, shown flashing above the Now Performing card, same treatment as the idle screen.
